Moonstar Gym Classic Sneakers are crafted in Kurume, Japan, using the traditional kiln-fired vulcanization process. This technique creates shoes that are durable, flexible, and able to maintain their shape—qualities only achievable through the skill of experienced craftspeople.

The classic design takes inspiration from the slim silhouettes and details of the ’50s and ’60s, once standard issue in the US Army. Lightweight and refined, these sneakers remain strong, robust, and built to last.

Each pair undergoes a 70-minute firing at 120°C (248°F), forming an inseparable bond between the rubber sole and the upper. With more than 150 years of shoemaking heritage, Moonstar continues to preserve this artisanal vulcanization method, delivering sneakers of exceptional quality, comfort, and longevity.
