Return Process

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label (for domestic orders) or use a tracked courier service of your choice to send the parcel to our warehouse.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once your return is received and inspected by our quality control team, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 3-5 business days.
